High-Performance Flexible Filament with AMS Integration
Bambu TPU for AMS is engineered for advanced 3D printing with flexible materials. Designed to work seamlessly with AMS and AMS Lite, this filament supports reliable multicolor and multi-material workflows—perfect for both functional prototypes and production parts.
Seamless AMS Compatibility
Fully optimized for the AMS system with integrated RFID, allowing automatic material detection and parameter loading. No manual setup—just load and print.
High Toughness & Flexibility
With a Shore hardness of 68D, Bambu TPU for AMS offers excellent toughness, impact resistance, and flexibility. Ideal for printing parts that require durability and slight elasticity such as:
- Phone cases and protective covers
- Door stoppers and seals
- Sports gear
- Automotive interior components
Reduced Stringing
Formulated to minimize the stringing typically seen in traditional TPU materials. Delivers cleaner prints with fine details and reduced post-processing time.
Faster Print Speeds
Print up to 60% faster compared to Bambu TPU 95A HF—boosting efficiency without compromising quality.

Tunable Elasticity
Adjust part flexibility by changing:
- Wall Loops: More loops = stiffer part
- Sparse Infill Density: Lower infill = more elasticity
Smart Printing with RFID
Every spool includes an embedded RFID chip for intelligent printing. When used with the AMS, your printer automatically loads the correct settings—ensuring consistent and hassle-free prints.

Printing & Storage Guidelines
Dry Before Use
TPU absorbs moisture easily, which can lead to poor print quality. Always dry before printing:
- Blast drying oven: 70°C for 8 hours
- On an X1 printer heatbed: 80–90°C for 12 hours
Reference: See full drying instructions on the Bambu Wiki
Storage Tips
Keep the filament in an airtight container with desiccant during and after printing to avoid moisture absorption and maintain print quality.
