With a build volume of 800mm x 800mm x 1000mm, this industrial-grade FDM printer not only accommodates the creation of large models but also eliminates the need to divide models into smaller sections for more efficient printing.

Effective Heated Bed

The heated bed is made up of four independent PEI magnetic platforms (410mm x 410mm) capable of reaching a maximum temperature of 100°C. These platforms can be heated simultaneously, reaching 100°C across the entire surface in just 17 minutes (at an ambient temperature of 25°C).
The platform under the model can be automatically detected and heated independently, or it can be manually controlled for improved energy efficiency.

Rapid Printing

Powered by a 64-bit quad-core processor (SOC RK3328) with a 1.5G clock speed, the printer offers ample computing power while delivering printing speeds up to six times faster. With a maximum speed of 300mm/s (150mm/s recommended), it achieves top-tier speeds for a printer of this size.

Multi-Nozzle Capability

Up to three additional printheads can be added along the X-axis for simultaneous printing with four nozzles. This feature supports printing four identical models at once, with each nozzle capable of using the same material in different colors, allowing for the production of four differently colored versions of the same model.

Robust Cooling System

The thickened double-sided cooling fans significantly improve print quality. Additionally, these fans feature intelligent control that shuts them off once printing is finished, saving energy, reducing noise, and extending the lifespan of the fans. (Includes two 5015 ball blower fans and one 4010 ball axial fan.)

Superior Craftsmanship

The printer’s integrated body is both stylish and sturdy. Linear guides are used for the X and Y axes, enhancing printing stability and durability. The Z-axis features an upgraded rod version, ensuring smooth operation and precise leveling. The machine’s mounts are designed with a carbon steel round base and rubber anti-slip pads for added stability.

Enhanced Nozzle Design

The upgraded 300°C high-temperature nozzle features a dual-gear extrusion system and a full titanium alloy heat pipe. The nozzle is crafted from chrome zirconium copper and is paired with a 60W ceramic heating pad for smoother, more consistent extrusion, leading to improved printing accuracy. Additionally, the nozzle’s PID auto-calibration function ensures precise temperature control, while the built-in acceleration sensor automatically adjusts resonance compensation parameters to further enhance print quality and overall printing performance.
