Elegoo PETG GF Filament combines the durability and chemical resistance of PETG with glass fiber reinforcement to deliver enhanced stiffness, tensile strength, and dimensional stability. With excellent non-conductive properties, low warping, and reliable print performance, it is ideal for functional parts, load-bearing components, and professional-grade applications requiring strength and precision.
Features & Advantages
⋅ High stiffness and tensile strength
⋅ Excellent electrical insulation (non-conductive)
⋅ Low shrinkage, high dimensional accuracy
⋅ Water-resistant and abrasion-resistant
Filament Size: 1.75±0.02mm Weight: 1 kg
High Stiffness and Tensile Strength
Reinforced with glass fiber, Elegoo PETG-GF significantly outperforms standard PETG in stiffness and tensile strength. Printed parts maintain their shape under load and resist bending, making this filament ideal for load-bearing structures and mechanically demanding applications.
Reliable Non-Conductive Performance
Elegoo PETG-GF offers outstanding electrical insulation, making it a safe and dependable choice for electronic housings, insulators, and components that require consistent non-conductive protection in professional and industrial environments.
Durable and Water-Resistant
Designed for long-term use, PETG-GF provides excellent water resistance and durability. It performs reliably in wet or humid conditions, making it suitable for household items, outdoor components, and production parts exposed to moisture.
Abrasion-Resistant & Dimensionally Stable
Glass fiber reinforcement minimizes shrinkage and warping, ensuring precise dimensional accuracy and consistent print quality. Combined with strong abrasion resistance, PETG-GF is well-suited for gears, bearings, and structural components where durability and tight tolerances are critical.
Designed for Versatile Applications
Elegoo PETG-GF is ideal for a wide range of applications, including electrical enclosures, mechanical brackets, industrial jigs and fixtures, functional prototypes, gears, and durable household or production parts that demand strength, stability, and insulation.
Compatibility
Compatible with most FDM 3D printers on the market.
