High-Temperature Performance

When properly annealed, Polymaker™ HT-PLA can withstand temperatures up to 130°C without deforming, making it ideal for applications exposed to heat—such as automotive components or electronic enclosures. It maintains the ease of printing and environmentally friendly nature of standard PLA while offering significantly improved thermal resistance.

Mechanical Strength and Stability

HT-PLA provides the durability required for functional, load-bearing parts, with a Young’s modulus reaching 3267 MPa and a tensile strength of 42.8 MPa. It also offers solid resistance to mild acids and oils, along with very low shrinkage rates (X–Y: 0.88%, Z: 0.13%), ensuring consistent part accuracy.

Effortless Printing

This material is simple to use and compatible with most open-frame FDM printers. It prints well using regular PLA parameters—nozzle temperatures between 210–230°C and a heated bed at 25–60°C. For optimal heat resistance, anneal printed parts at 80–90°C for 30 minutes.
