New High-Speed Formula

Engineered with an advanced high-flow formulation, Polymaker™ PETG prints at speeds up to 300 mm/s and can exceed 500 mm/s with high-flow nozzles. It maintains excellent extrusion consistency, strong layer adhesion, and a clean surface finish even at elevated speeds.

Stronger and More Reliable Performance

The upgraded formula ensures enhanced inter-layer bonding, reduced warping, and stable extrusion during long print jobs. The result is dimensionally accurate parts with a smooth, professional appearance directly from the build plate.

Ideal for Functional Applications

Polymaker™ PETG provides an optimal balance of toughness and flexibility, making it suitable for prototypes as well as end-use parts. With good chemical resistance and a Heat Deflection Temperature of approximately 70°C, it performs reliably in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Broad Printer Compatibility

Designed for ease of use, Polymaker™ PETG prints smoothly on most FDM 3D printers without requiring an enclosure. It is fully compatible with AMS and multi-material systems, ensuring consistent feeding and reliable performance.

Storage Recommendation

Polymaker™ PETG is hygroscopic and should be stored in a dry environment to prevent moisture absorption and print defects such as stringing.

Note: Polylite PETG will be discontinued and replaced by the faster, stronger and easier to print successor, Polymaker PETG.
